Another good night at carving club

 Unfortunately the Internet implies that our club is permanently closed. This isn't the case and we had a great night at the carving club tonight. Mick and Susan were in charge of tea making  this evening. We welcome anyone to come along and see if carving is a hobby that they'd like to try. You'll even get a free cuppa for the first four weeks. 

We're hoping to upload pictures of carvings made by our fellow carvers as we gradually make changes to the blog. Please bear with us while this happens.

 Last night we gained two new members. A smashing young couple came along and made a really good start on their first carving. It's great to see younger people coming along.  As ever , if anyone fancies coming along to meet us all and see whether carving is something you'd like to try you will be made very welcome.

 It was nice to see some potential new club members tonight. They'd come along after reading about us in a local magazine. We've had a few newcomers these past few months. It's good to see younger people showing an interest.
